Center for Automotive Research partners with Drexel Theatre for screening "Revenge of the Electric Car"
The Center for Automotive Research, along with the student-led OSU EcoCAR2 team, join with local Drexel Theatre for a screening of the newly released "Revenge of the Electric Car," Friday, November 18. The release is a sequel to the original "Who Killed the Electric Car?," both directed by Chris Paine. The event, featuring a showcase of electric vehicles (Chevy Volt, Nissan LEAF, OSU EcoCAR, OSU Buckeye Bullet, Wheego LiFE, Smart Fortwo, Amp Electric Vehicle, and an original GM EV1), also includes a panel discussion by local and university electric vehicle experts and an appearance by E. Gordon Gee. Mingling begins at 6:00pm, followed by the movie screening at 7:00pm, with panel discussion and electric vehicle block party following. Location: Drexel Theatre, 2254 E.
