Semi Finalist Uploads

Innovation Awards semi-finalists may upload their program photos using the form below. Please note the photo requirements before uploading.

HEADSHOT IMAGE (FOR A SINGLE PERSON)
Size:  800 pixels wide x 1000 pixels high (or very close to those dimensions)
Color:  Full color or b&w (program photos will be printed in b&w)
File Type: Jpeg or Tiff ONLY (images inserted into word documents or pdfs WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED)

PAIRED OR GROUPED IMAGE (FOR PAIRS OR GROUPS)
Size:  1600 pixels wide x 1000 pixels high (or very close to those dimensions)
Color:  Full color or b&w (program photos will be printed in b&w)
File Type: Jpeg or Tiff ONLY (images inserted into word documents or pdfs WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED)

IMPORTANT NOTES

If Semi-Finalists are taking their own images for the printed program, we suggest that they choose a background setting for the image that is white or a light color.  Busy backgrounds are not good choices.  This will help you image to look it's best when printed.

We also encourage that if you are taking a group photo, that you pull in close together as a group in the image.  Extremely long, horizontal shots will not be accepted.  Group images must be 1600 pixels wide x 1000 pixels high or less.

If you prefer to have your photo taken at TechColumbus by our professional photographer, photo shoots have been scheduled for Dec. 1 and Dec. 6, between 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. in 15 minute increments. Contact Alicia Oddi (aoddi@techcolumbus.org), to schedule your appointment.
